for aqueous washing mediums

This water treatment system for aqueous PERO cleaning installations is a environment friendly solution because via evaporation (at relatively low temperatures) and a condensation afterwards the washing water is treated.

The used washing water is separated in impurities and pure water. The water distillate is returned to the washing process to be reused. The concentrated impurities will be waste.

The energy consumption for the treatment of the washing water is very low so it will satisfy both the environmental as well as the economical needs of today.

By using a heat pump most of the heating can be recycled back.

The operation of the installation is very simple.

The principle of evaporation of the installation is supported on the inside by a motion system which is driven by an electrical motor.

The unit is equipped for automatic operation and fitted with the necessary heating and cooling equipment as well as with armatures and control elements.

Inside and on the electrical wiring cabinet are situated the necessary electrical gear and elements.
