The stainless steel ROTIMAT 3 is a rotating basket washing system, equipped with spray pipes, with clean produktion pieces with heated detergent water.
The drying of work pieces is achieved in the closed work chamber by the part's own residual heat energy. This process is strengthened through the exhaust of the vapour mist.
cleaning and drying time is programmable.
Using a selection switch the bskett movements is set up in the work chamber, and comprises either a continous rotation or swivelling movement over aprogrammable angle.
The work pieces are laid in a basket, set up on a roller table, conveyor or automatic loading device, and pushed inmto the basket rotation device.
