For 20 years now, regulations aimed at protecting the health of employees and the environment have been influencing the processes applied for cleaning parts.
Thus, both the permissible concentrations at the place of work and the permissible emissions have been reduced. Some cleaning agents have been completely prohibited because they had a damaging effect on the ozone layer or because they were suspected of causing cancer.
Currently, the European regulation for the limitation of emissions of hydrocarbons and modified alcohols is being implemented.
However, operators still do not know for sure which solvents they may use in the future.
To cut this "Gordian knot", PERO AG have developed a plant that is suitable for all solvents: chlorinated hydrocarbons, fluorinated hydrocarbons, combustible hydrocarbons or modified alcohols.
The machine meets both the regulations for the limitation of emissions and the regulations for the prevention of fires and explosions.
The operator can switch from one solvent to another directly at the display (provided that the machine has been configured accordingly right from the outset).
On the occasion of the EMO 2001, we are presenting the smallest model of this series, the "V1-ex" full-vacuum machine.
With this machine, companies can again invest without reservations.
When purchasing this machine, they need no longer fear that their investment will be at risk due to new regulations.
