Stationary or mobile

There are many features that make the PERO Rotimat 1A unique: It is available in two designs. One is specifically designed for stationary use, while the other can be brought to the various points where parts must be cleaned. The parts are thereby washed with alkaline or neutral aqueous solutions. A well-designed nozzle system sprays the washing solution onto the parts to be cleaned, while the friction wheel-driven turn table rotates so that all surfaces of the parts are washed. The spray jet removes dirt, chips and cooling lubricant effectively and efficiently. The machine is suitable for the cleaning of large single parts such as tools, as well as metal, nonmetal and plastic bulk components. The vertical up-and-over cover allows for unobstructed access to the processing chamber. The machine can thus be easily charged from the front, e.g. from a hall trolley, or from above with suitable lifting gear.
